Saint Commission TOS
By getting a commission from me you agree to all of these rules.
1. You are 18 years or older if commission has adult content.
If Saint find out you are under 18 you will be permanently blacklisted even after you have turned 182. All characters depicted in an adult manner are 18 years or older, including fanart.3. I acknowledge that Saint can take her time on the commissions may take 3- 2 weeks to finish from the time Saint starts the sketch. Comic commissions can even longer for Saint to finish depending on the pages.4. You agree payment must be paid in full before Saint can finish the commission.5. You agree to no refunds once payment has been made.6. Commissions cannot be private. You agree Saint can post on her public gallery when finished.7. I agree failure to read the rules or break the agreement may result in being blacklisted from future commissions.8. The first 3 Edits during the sketch phase are free. BUT after that I can charge $5 per edit at my discretion and reserve the right to refuse further edits after 3.

.What counts as Shota or Loli?
A character must have at least one of these visual traits if they are in a nsfw or fetish art. It does not matter what their stated age is.✓ Female: A mature body with large boobs and hips . Male: Body hair on the chest or chin
✓ At least seven heads tall
✓ A mature face (not a round baby face): small eyes higher up on the face, small forehead, and angular face.What do you define as NSFW or fetish art?
NSFW is anything you wouldn't show to your boss or co-workers (Not Safe For Work). Fetish is anything that has been classified as fetish by the general public. If you are unsure you can ask me.It says you determine the storyboard and poses in each panel for longer comic commissions, does this mean that I have no input regarding what is made?Yes and No. For longer comics I creative control over the storyboarding. You can tell me what you want to happen in each page, references of poses, and the gist of the story, but I have creative control on how I draw each panel, and how the story flows. So you can say example:"On page 1 I want character A doing X to character B in this setting. Here are some references for the poses"And then I choose how I want to draw each panel to show what is happening.What fetishes will you draw for the Personal chef tier that you wouldn’t normally draw?I'd need to be asked about specific ones and give a yes or no.
